Lifestyle
I believe that it is incredibly important to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Outside of school, when I'm not doing homework, I am generally exercising. I consistantly switch it up between non-combative kickboxing and various forms of yoga creating this very nice balance within my body. I use exercise in multiple ways, especially throughout the semester. I do kickboxing to either get out all of my agression and frustrations or to give me an energy boost, while on the other hand, yoga allows me to have a relaxing escape from my hectic lifestyle. It really helps put things into perspective and reminds me to stop and appreciate all of the little things around me.
